conditions.
Q I’d like my dog walked at 12 noon. Can you meet this specified time? A Most days. Traffic, a sick pet scheduled before you, and rainy days (dogs take longer to potty) can cause scheduling conflicts. Every effort is made to meet your requested time, but cannot be promised.
Q What is included during pet sitting visits? A Feeding, administering medication, play and general care of your pets. Housesitting is included. Additional charges do apply for special services, such as errands, and pet taxi.
Q Will it always be the same nanny caring for my pet, or a different nanny each time? A The pet nanny who meets with you at the home consultation is your pet’s assigned nanny. There is always a back-up nanny should unforeseen circumstances cause your pet’s assigned nanny to be unavailable (traffic accident, family emergency, hospitalization). Your pet’s uninterrupted care and your family’s safety is our highest priority.
Q Is your staff insured and bonded? A Yes, through CNA.
Q How do I schedule a free consultation? A Call 770-630-0006. Your questions about service and rates will be answered. You can schedule a convenient date and time. Evening and weekend consultations are available. Your assigned pet nanny will visit your home to meet you and your pets. This insures that your pet is happy with his/ her nanny. You will be given a copy of our insurance and bond policy, references, and service literature. If you decide to contract services, you can show the nanny your pet's routine, food locations, litter box locations, and so on. Your pet’s nanny will fill out the service contract, which includes your instructions and other information.
