Keys and instructions should be given at complimentary home consultation. You will be charged a $7.00 gas fee for additional visits to your home to pick up keys or get instructions.
You MUST inform us during the initial telephone call if your pet is aggressive, has a history of biting, or any other special behavioral or medical needs. We specialize in the care of diabetic and post-op pets.
Visits are scheduled with client according to dates and how many visits daily are required. Pet Taxi is scheduled by pick up and drop off times.
Atlanta Pet Nanny strives to meet your requested time for service. Our reference list of satisfied clients boasts our success of punctual service, however, a time cannot be promised. If you request a dog walk at noon, we will do everything possible to arrive at noon, but we cannot promise the time due to many reasons, such as: traffic accident that causes arrival delay, or pets scheduled before you that become ill or on rainy days when dogs take longer to potty outside.
Payment by cash or check. Two ways to pay: 1). A 50% deposit left at the first schedule visit with the balance paid within seven days of service completion, or 2). Payment in full left at the first visit. Payment due when services are rendered. Billing available to weekly (Monday - Friday) dog walk clients only.
